The Story Behind the Stories
Little Piper Publishing was started for our two children. Lily has so much heart, spirit, and curiosity, and The Kickin' Chicken grew out of her love of stories. Callum, our own Bubba Bear, is pure sweetness, never misses a beat, and is always ready for the next adventure.
We started Little Piper, named after our family dog, on one simple belief: kids are shaped by the narratives they're told. Over the years, so many people we love have passed down wisdom that shaped who we are, and it's our goal to translate those same lessons into stories little ones can actually hold onto.
Every book we write is meant to leave a child (or parent) with a little more courage, a little more kindness, and the confidence to be exactly who they already are.
